Self-Care is something that gets talked about a little, but isn't followed through. Our lives become so chaotic with our jobs and families. To make sure you're good, you gotta practice self-care. It can be difficult to take care of yourself and put yourself first with your many obligations - I feel you!
A few things you should ask yourself:
Have you had a physical or dental appointment in the past year?
Do you take your medication(s) as prescribed?
Are you spending time with family and friends regularly?
Do you surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you?
Do you take time out of your day or on a weekly basis to do something you enjoy doing?
